Server Rules

Please read and follow these rules to ensure a fun and fair gaming experience for everyone on HeartRole.

General Behavior

  • Be respectful to all players, staff, and visitors
  • No harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
  • Use appropriate language - no excessive swearing or offensive content
  • No spamming in chat or voice channels
  • Follow staff instructions - staff decisions are final
  • Respect the community - we're all here to have fun together

Gameplay Rules

  • No griefing - destroying other players' builds without permission
  • No stealing from other players' chests or builds
  • No PvP without consent - ask before attacking other players
  • No exploiting bugs or glitches - report them to staff instead
  • No using hacked clients or mods that give unfair advantages
  • Respect spawn protection - no building or destroying near spawn
  • No lag machines - keep redstone builds efficient

Chat & Communication

  • Keep chat family-friendly - no inappropriate content
  • No advertising other servers or services
  • No political or religious discussions that may cause arguments
  • Use English as the primary language in public channels
  • No excessive caps or text formatting abuse
  • Be helpful - assist new players and answer questions

Building & Construction

  • Build appropriately - no offensive or inappropriate structures
  • Respect other players' space - don't build too close to others
  • No floating structures - builds must have proper foundations
  • Clean up after yourself - remove temporary structures and materials
  • Ask permission before building in community areas
  • Use appropriate materials - avoid excessive use of rare blocks

Prohibited Activities

  • No hacking, cheating, or using exploits
  • No impersonating staff members
  • No sharing personal information of other players
  • No creating multiple accounts to avoid bans
  • No using VPNs to bypass restrictions
  • No selling or trading in-game items for real money
  • No inappropriate usernames or skins

Consequences & Enforcement

Violation Consequences:

  • Warning: First minor offense - verbal or written warning
  • Mute: Chat restrictions for rule violations
  • Temporary Ban: 24 hours to 7 days depending on severity
  • Permanent Ban: For serious or repeated violations

Note: Staff reserves the right to skip steps for severe violations.
